Temporality scares most
It leaves so much unknown
Undefined
Boundless
Vast
Ambiguous
Our answer?
Get busy
Get distracted

I’m a (vegan) broccoli addict. Also, I’m a wife, mom, copy editor, health writer, yoga and meditation teacher, and soon-to-be personal trainer and health (sleep, stress management, and reovery) coach. I love coffee, my dog Jazz, two cats, Kimchi and Pixie, and the color dusty rose.

    I wish I wasn’t so busy and distracted. I would actually like to be more present in my life. Still, this is a beautiful poem and, for most, I believe this is true.

    ah, they do say this is the age of distraction. I like your pathos in this; the ending floats vaguely off, like when one’s eyes glaze over in the middle of a sentence.
